List in order of priority the library and archive materials that should be salvaged first. When completing the form, consider what you would salvage if you had only a few hours to effect the recovery. Describe the collection briefly and give the location by indicating the building, floor, room number, and so on. Describe the type of material (books, manuscripts, photographs, graphics) and the quantity. Repeat the sequence as many times as needed to indicate priorities.
